CARRIAGE PAID ORDERS:
Carriage is paid on orders of £275.00 for U.K. Mainland Next Day Delivery.For orders under £275.00 a Postage, Packing and Carriage Charge of £8.50 will be added to your Invoice.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUES :
There is a minimum order value of £100.00
Any Orders under this amount (exclusive of VAT and carriage charges) will carry a £10.00 surcharge.

CLAIMS :
Claims arising from shortages and/or damages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of goods.
Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within ten days of despatch.

DELIVERY METHODS :
Additional/faster delivery services are available on request.

ABERCAIRN OF SCOTLAND - EXPORT SHIPPING:
We will keep to ship/supply dates given and advise you should there be any unforseen delay.
We will use the Shipper you nominate.
We will advise you when we ship your order.
Where no Shipper is nominated we will use UPS Expedited Door-to-Door Air Delivery Service - pricing details on request.
Shipping Charges as applicable will be added at time of shipping and will be shown as a separate charge on Final Accounts Payable Invoice.
All orders are supplied on an ex-factory basis.
Where buyers "route" their shipment through their own nominated Forwarder on an "all charges forward basis" no shipping charge will be added by Abercairn.
