Delivery Information
We will contact you after your order/inquiry is placed to confirm  production information and supply date. 
We will ship your order using UPS Expedited Door to Door Service or the shipper which you nominate. 
Shipping and Insurance charges will be added at the time of shipping, and will be shown as a separate charge as applicable on your accounts payable Invoice.

All Orders are supplied on an ex-factory basis.  

Order Terms and Conditions of Sale :
Orders are accepted subject to our terms and conditions of sale - copy available on request.  Claims arising from shortages and damages must be made in writing within seven days of receipt.

Tax Charges 
Prices when quoted are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax)  
Orders sent to countries outside the EU are Vat free.
Please note on International shipments that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Customer Satisfaction
In the highly unlikely event of buyer dissatisfaction/faulty goods, please contact us to explain the problem quoting your order number.
Thereafter we will contact you to discuss the problem in order to resolve the situation.

Personalised Corporate, and Workwear Solutions

DELIVERY TIME :
Unprocessed products (without printing or embroidery - 5 - 10 working days from date ordered.
Products requiring printing or embroidery 10-20 working days from date ordered.

New Designs - Artwork/Origination of Screens for Printing and Embroidery Tapes etc:
Prices quoted are estimates in advance of origination costs. Finalised prices will be advised after Logo/s, Discs, Screens are created.

Catalogue illustrations and Sizes:
Colour representation is only as accurate as the printing process will allow. Please be aware that unless otherwise stated the sizes quoted are to "fit" in inchs/cms. They are not indicative of the actual size of the garment as some styles are designed to be worn loose/baggy, and others are designed to be worn fitted. These sizes are approximate and for guidance only. You must ensure garments are suitable before ordering.

Order terms and conditions of sale:
Orders are accepted subject to our conditions of sale - copy available on request.
There is a minimum order value of £100.
Orders under this amount (exclusive of VAT and carriage charges) will carry a £10 administration surcharge.
Claims arising from shortages or damages must be made in writing within three days of receipt.
Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within ten days of despatch.

Garment Returns :
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement.  You should ring us with a list of the goods to be returned. 
You will be issued with a Returns number - please ensure this is clearly marked on the outer packaging
Parcels will be refused and returned to sender if this number is not clearly evident.
All garments must be returned in their original, undamaged, garment packaging - failure to do so will result in the goods being refused.

Carriage Paid Order:
Carriage is paid on orders over £300 within the Central Scotland Area.
For orders under £300 and/or outwith Central Scotland a carriage charge of £8.50 will be added to your Invoice.
